Returns and Exchanges Policy

General Returns and Refunds (if applicable)

At Lighting World, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a return policy that lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging intact. Please remember to include the original proof of purchase to complete your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, we will offer you an exchange for products to the equivalent value or a refund.  If the refund option is approved, the transfer will be initiated, and can take up to 14 working days to be processed.

Returns on Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly address the issue. Lighting World will not assume responsibility for damages reported outside of this time frame. Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged or faulty item, and approving it, we will contact you to arrange for a repair or replacement. Please refrain from attempting to return items without first consulting with one of our representatives, as you may be responsible for any associated costs.
